Refund policy

At Rise Up Nutrition, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality products and excellent service. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • Due to the perishable nature of our nutrition and health products, we currently do not accept returns on any opened or used items.

  • Unopened and unused products in their original packaging may be eligible for return within 7 days of delivery.

  • To be eligible for a return, please ensure:

    • The product is unused, sealed, and in its original condition.

    • You have a valid proof of purchase or order confirmation email.

    • The return request is made within 7 days of receiving the product.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Exceptions

  • Products damaged in transit or with quality issues will be fully refundable or replaced at no cost.

  • Please contact us immediately with images of the damaged product and packaging.

How to Initiate a Return or Refund

  • Your order number

  • Reason for return or refund

  • Photos if applicable
