At Rise Up Nutrition, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality products and excellent service. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns

Due to the perishable nature of our nutrition and health products, we currently do not accept returns on any opened or used items.

Unopened and unused products in their original packaging may be eligible for return within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, please ensure:

The product is unused, sealed, and in its original condition.

You have a valid proof of purchase or order confirmation email.

The return request is made within 7 days of receiving the product.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment.

Shipping charges are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Exceptions

Products damaged in transit or with quality issues will be fully refundable or replaced at no cost.
